Introduction to first aid and legal responsibilities of a first aider

Primary survey and scene management (DRABC)

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and recovery position

Control of bleeding, shock, and burns

Management of fractures, sprains, and musculoskeletal injuries

Dealing with medical emergencies (asthma, epilepsy, fainting, choking, heart attack, stroke, etc.)

Workplace first aid kit management

Practical demonstrations and scenarios
