Course Description

The IMO OPRC Level 2 Training is designed for supervisory personnel and on-scene commanders responsible for leading oil spill response operations. This course, developed in line with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation (OPRC) Convention, provides participants with the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and practical competencies required to manage oil spill incidents effectively at an operational level.
