Course Description

The Basic Life Savers (BLS) course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills required to respond effectively to life-threatening medical emergencies before advanced medical help arrives. This internationally recognized training focuses on immediate intervention techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED), airway management, and basic first aid.
It is ideal for workplaces, healthcare settings, and individuals who may be first on the scene of an emergency, ensuring that they can make the difference between life and death.

Introduction to Basic Life Support & Chain of Survival

Scene assessment & victim response check

Airway management and breathing support

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Adult, Child, and Infant)

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use

Management of choking emergencies

Basic first aid for bleeding, shock, and collapse

Recovery position and post-resuscitation care

Hands-on practice and scenario-based simulations
